Free of charge (on request):
- Extra bed linen for second slipping place (sofa-bed).
We kindly ask you to understand that some problems may arise in the apartment during your stay:
- noisy neighbors;
- problems with plumbing;
- repairs on the entrance hall and the house exterior;
- problems with Internet connection and TV due to the providers.
Early check-in and late check-out:
(the standard check-in time is 14:00 p.m., the standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m.)
- check-in from 9:00 a.m. till 14:00 p.m. costs extra a half of the amount of the Daily Rate;
- check-in earlier than 9:00 a.m. costs the amount of the Daily Rate;
- check-out from 11:00 a.m. till 18:00 p.m. costs extra a half of the amount of the Daily Rate;
- check-out later than 18:00 p.m. costs the amount of the Daily Rate;
- in case of night check-in/ check-out from 23:00 p.m. till 07:00 a.m. 30 USD (in the actual currency exchange rate) the guest shall pay additional fee for arrival of the manager to arrange check-in/ check-out.
